Reports Module

The Reports Module lets you create, customize, and schedule reports.

Use the Create Report option to bring up a Report Wizard that walks you through three easy steps. 

1. You select a report template that determines the type of report you want to create.

2.  Next you provide a custom name for your report, indicate whether the report should be sent to everyone's inbox or just yours,  and establish the criteria for your report. 

3. Finally, you indicate when and how often this report should be run.

You can use the Scheduled Reports option to see pending reports that have been scheduled but have not yet appeared in your inbox.

Within the Report Inbox, you have several methods of displaying the reports. You can choose an HTML format (shown below), PDF, or chart.

When you select an item on a chart, your information changes, allowing you to drill down to a line-item detail within the same report.

Note: Reports may also be exported electronically to imbed within another spreadsheet or document.
