Navigating MedBillCorrect

MedBillCorrect is a complete Internet practice management solution suite.

UroBillRx - Navigation

It is delivered over the Internet through standard Internet browser software (Internet Explorer).

All service operations take place at a secure, central operations center.

The following table describes each of the components of the application, as noted on the graphic to the right.

Component

Description

Application Bar

Your logo displays on the left side of the application bar and your application name displays in the middle. This bar remains displayed throughout the users navigation in the system. From the Application Bar you can:

  • View the current date

  • View or change the current user

  • Logout

  • Print the page

Note: The change user and logout features are especially useful when multiple people are sharing a workstation.

Modules

Each icon corresponds to a module, or primary function, within the application. When you click a module icon, a colored bar displays immediately underneath and lists the corresponding menu options.

Menu Items

A menu displays specific options that correspond to the module selected.

For example, when you click the Patient module icon, the menu displays the following options: Patient Search, Patient Registration, and Patient File. Click a menu item to access the indicated page.

Session Bar

The Session Bar displays information about your current status in the application. It displays the facility and patient with which you are working. From the Session Bar you can also:

  • Select/ change the practice in which you want to work

  • Search the organization's database for a specific patient

Page

A page refers to the information that displays when a menu item is accessed or when a hyperlink or button is selected. A page may require data input. Tabs divide some pages to simplify access to and categorize specific information.

Note: This application capitalizes on sticky session technology, taking it a few steps further -- when a user logs back into the application, he or she is returned to the exact page that was open just prior to logging off.

Tabs

A tab visually separates related information on a page into categories to help you view information or complete a task. Click the text heading in a tab to display the information or section of the page to which it refers.
