[Back to Overview] Help Module The Help Module lets you access support information and online application assistance. Use the Support option to access contact information anytime you need to contact technical support. The Support page also lets you know what information you will need to have ready for the analyst.
When you access the Online Help, a complete help system pops-up to answer your questions while you are working in MedbillRx. The Help provides getting started information, page overviews, and step-by-step instructions so you can get the most from MedbillRx. Use the Contents, Index, and Search tabs to the left of the help page to navigate to any topic in the online help. To view steps about how to get to page being described, click the To print any help topic, right-click and select Print.
